Not Vanilla not Yellow ~ sorry Riley, he would just love to lay on this quilt. No way Mister!
I made 20 blocks and used 3’’ borders with small pinwheels between the blocks. My quilt measures 62’’x72’’ after washing and drying.
I pieced the back and quilted my sampler with a crosshatch design, I’m very happy with the way it finished.
Thanks Rachel of P.S. i Quilt (love her blog name) for taking the time to instruct us on how to stitch up this wonderful sampler. I told myself I wasn’t signing up for any quilt-a-longs this year, I couldn’t resist!
Finished just in time for Amy’s Quilt Festival ~ Yay!
Can’t wait to see all the quilts.
Lots of gardening going on here too, in between stitching time.
